I get why you're frustrated, but this was an 11 point loss to a ranked team. There are maybe 5-8 teams in the country that could realistically expect to win this game. A win would have been an upset. Step away from the ledge.

No, it wouldn't. It would have been the higher ranked team doing what it was supposed to do. Teams with aspirations of winning a conference title win on the road.

Tonight was embarrassing. Not because we lost or who we lost to, but how we played doing it. Effort and focus should not consistently need to be questioned and it has been this year.

Bryce is the offense killer.......something about the way he turns it over just takes the air out of the team and gives the other teams 5, 6, 7, point runs on us after one of his crappy shots or turnovers. ug.

This team has just tonight played themselves into a second round NCAA tourney date with Duke on the "neutral" court of Charlotte, N.C......and I don't really feel sorry for them after seeing this **** poor free throw shooting and ***** defense.

Georges was the offense/ game killer tonight with his horrible and untimely turnovers, horrible offense and equally bad defense on Thomas.

Worried about what? We were dogs in this game and lost. Guys definitely got frustrated and it was tough to watch but it is what it is.

This game will probably end up with 8-10 losses prior to the NCAA's but still have a top 5 or 6 seed... which puts this at one of the best seasons in program history.

Don't bring common sense into this.

K-State, and who are the other 4-7 teams in the country? ;)

I did away with that mindset a few years ago. We're no longer a bottom feeder in the conf and we should be playing as such if we want to retain that. We were the higher ranked team, OU should be licking THEIR wounds and saying "well it's okay, ISU was ranked 11 and in Top 10 a few times".

What worries me is that their deficiencies are obvious (defense, free throw shooting, rebounding) but neither has improved or has signs of improving.

You forgot to add the lack of scoring ability, and getting points from your point guard. Monte offers almost nothing in the half court game for offense scoring. When we were really good we had Kane and Tinsley. 2 PG's that could score.

I think it's ok to be a little concerned when you start 10-16 from three (up double digits) and then see OU basically look like an NBA team for the next 20 straight minutes.

I would be ok with a tough close loss, or maybe even one that we didn't show up from the start, but we gave them our best punch, and they hung in there, and then started punching us back, and we looked like the bully who's been hit for the first time ever.

How? We went to the sweet 16 and won the big 12 tourney. We returned a couple guys and brought in some new guys.
First of all, the bolded part is the same for literally every single team in America. Not sure what you're trying to say there.

Second, last year's team was 11-7 in conference. This team will probably finish 11-7 as well, assuming we can go 4-3 to finish the season.

Does 10 losses really still get a 5 or 6 seed? I'm not sure if I see that kind of seeding happening...especially with so many losses stacked up late.

Please contact Vegas and tell them we were actually the favored team.

This game was horrible but jeez there is some dumb crap on here after losses.

Tech was a game worthy of being ****** off about. This was just a buzzsaw game. We shot 75% from 3 in the first half and went in tied. If your a holes weren't puckered at that point I don't know what else to say.

These were expectations set by the players and staff. We upgraded in talent but its not showing. Sorry reality is hard to swallow. The team got worse compared to last year. We have more experience and this getting blown out on the road crap is getting old.

We didn't upgrade in talent over last season. That should be obvious by now.

Lookin like a 6 seed that gets knocked off in first round. Way too inconsistent. If we get matched up with a mid major that knows how to win and we are screwed.

I read one page and that was all I could handle. Pine for last year's team that went on a big losing streak in the Big 12. Yeah, I'm worried about this team, but I was worried last year and the year before.

Get over it.

We were dogs because Vegas knows we can't win on the road. No one outside of KU can consistently win on the road.

That's why KU wins the league very year like a broken record.

That's why KU is the only team in the conference do anything in the tourney (like a broken record).

Just a team full of players who all think they're hot ****.

Take a 10 point lead because we play like a team, then all the sudden, we have no help defense, and our offense is at a stand still and we just jackup whatever we want to.

Agreed! These guys need to put their egos behind them and play 40 minutes of basketball at both ends of the court.
