Were having an issue logging into a different laptop. The error says "User Profile Service Failed to Log On."

This is the only account set up on the laptop and the guest account is turned off. How do you fix this?

That doesn't sound like fun. I'm sure you've rebooted?

It will be hard to troubleshoot if you cannot get logged in under any accounts. Have you tried booting into safe mode?

Did a little research on this and it seems like you have some options. You could do a System Restore or try the advice in this thread first:
