I think a healthy Sam would help win 1 or 2. Our defense is AWFUL, and what is the one thing that many Big 10 offenses do well? Running the ball. We have to be the worst tackling team in the country and we cannot defend the run if our lives depended on it. That is why I think we would lose to many of the teams you listed.

I agree on the defensive thing. A lot would depend on the progress of Seely, etc. But yeah, we are splitting hairs here. We are bad. Those aforementioned teams are bad. And Fred is awesome. Carry on.

Sorry, we couldn't beat any of those teams. Not that our players wouldn't match up well and they could theoretically compete. Unfortunately, they are led by a Coach who can't get them past FCS, barely beats MAC teams at home and can't go toe to toe with the University of Kansas. Brutal.

I didn't say we couldn't beat them, but I don't know how you can deny that we could be beat by any one of those. We just got drilled by KU. Some on here still don't seem to understand how bad that KU team was.
