Royce vs. Green would be a hell of a match up. Both are very highly skilled big men.

I compared these 2 earlier in the year. About the same size and both can be point forwards even though royce is better at ball handling and passing but draymond can actually shoot. That would be an awesome matchup to watch

See ISU as an 8-9 seed with Allen playing against Michigan State...

Or ISU as a 7 seed playing Ohio State, North Carolina, or Duke

Assuming the bracketing went that way:

If I'm playing historic tournament odds, and assuming ISU gets past first round in 8-9 or 7-10 game:

* For reaching the Sweet 16, I'll take a 10 seed first, then 7 seed, then 8, then 9.

* For likelihood of deeper tournament run, I'll take 8 over 7 or 10.

* If you're talking matchups only, with possibility of second-round upset, 8/9 vs. MSU in two microseconds.

But I would embrace any of those 2-7 upsets
UNC: To see if Roy cries afterward
Duke: Because it's Duke
Ohio State: I'd love to bounce a Big Ten giant the first weekend.

I'd like to take down Harrison Barnes. Get redemption for stabbing the city of Ames in the back by going to UNC.

It would be great to take down unc and Barnes in the tourney but can you really blame him for not going to isu? I was disappointed when he chose unc, but our program was in pretty bad shape at that time. McDermott didn't seem to have control of the team or show any signs of being able to compete in the big 12, not to mention all the transfer problems.

I don't see any of those teams being 7 -10 seeds, so I don't we'll realistically play any of them round 1.

Yes, I'm being a jerk, just think we should remember that we have to win a game to even get a shot at any of those teams.

Give me Ohio State purely to gloat to all my friends that chose the Buckeyes for college. Then it would go UNC for Barnes, Mich St for the history of it, then Duke.
