DG is a good player.

His play during the last 2 mins of virtually every close game minus the win against KSU will keep him from being a great player. This also will keep him relegated for 2nd or 3rd team All Conf awards.

Like it or not being a "great" player is largely determined in how you play in the final moments of a close game.

And I don't consider anything I just wrote "hating". It's just the truth.

DG has improved his game leaps and bounds this year over his previous 3 years.

DG would be thought of in a totally different way around here if he had 4 years under this system. He is an up and down the floor PG, and he just wasn't given that chance under GMcD.
I told my friends/co-workers last year when Hoiberg was hired that we would see a completely different DG this year and we have. Is his shot suspect, sure. Has he made mistakes late in games, sure, but so has everyone else. DG is the heart and soul of this team. I'd rather ANYBODY on the team miss a game over DG.
Without him we are very very bad.

Totally agree, DG has improved as a guard ten fold under CFH.
