Would they be a better overall team if he made better shot selections? Yes. And they wont be a Top 10 team after that turd he laid last night.

Are you really that butthurt that Young is better than Graham? OU never sees the top 10 if they had Graham instead of Young

In KU kountry, it works out. Different facts and stuff.
No, we just understand that recruits do more than just read the internet for team news. They actually speak to the coaches recruiting them to see what they think will be the situation.

Feedback from KU coaches made him aware of what Graham's status would likely be.

So in February KU coaches knew he would be returning before March when you really can increase your draft stock? Young chose Kruger over Self and Young is better than Graham. Deal with it

nbadraft.net, the best mock draft site out there has Young #2 on their big board, Graham #62 and Wigginton #67

I am not an OU fan so why would that matter to me? As a Kansas fan, I would rather cheer for Graham's senior season than Young's freshman season, even if Young is better. It's getting rarer to get to see one of KU's best players in his senior year so I enjoy it more than another seadon of a OAD.

And Young wouldnt be jacking up 5 shots a game from the logo and 20 shots a game overall if he did choose KU, thats for sure.

Sounds like he made the right choice

You can assume whatever you want. Most KU fans that follow the team understand how it went. No worries, this season is cruising along just fine. Occassionally frustrating but all in all, we are doing better than I expected.

What does that have to do with anything we are discussing?

You're overvaluing Graham and his importance on Young's decision. Young wanted to go to OU and not KU and now you're trying to discredit the best player in college basketball because of one bad game. KU will win the Big 12 and Graham will get first team, just because you won't have a POY doesn't mean you need to be so salty about it

I follow recruiting very closely. Young chose OU because he wanted to go to OU and play for Kruger. What you KU fans do to justify missing out on him is your decision but it's delusional

You have no clue what went into the decision, as would be expected of someone who did not follow it as it happened in great detail. No big deal, just dont pretend like you do know is all.

No salt here. I attempted to share information on a recruitment that I and many other KU fans did follow closely. If you choose to discount what I know then so be it. Young is having an exciting season but last night wont be the last game his style of play loses for OU.

Yeah I did follow it closely and you are coming off really salty saying his teammates might get sick of playing with the best player in the country

Young wasn't going to KU. Self wouldn't let him do what he is doing. Kruger sold Young doing exactly what he is doing.

Bottom line, Young is simply trying to do WAY too much on his own. He'll either learn his lesson and adjust or he won't. If I was his teammate and it ends up being that he doesn't, then I would be very frustrated. Time will tell.

He's averaging 30 and 10 he can do whatever he wants. He has a PER of 33.8! Do you know how impressive that is?
