An interesting note about the last time ISU beat OU in Ames back in 1960... according to Wikipedia the average attendance that year was just over 15,900. So today’s crowd at the game was the smallest to witness a win over OU in Ames since 1928 (crowd size then was about 4,300).

Really wish we could've had a packed house for this one, but the way the year's gone I'll gladly take this.

Well we just killed ou's playoff dreams, im good with it.

Crazy part is that we played a pretty error- filled game. It was ugly, we shot ourselves in the foot multiple times and still ended up beating OU!! Historically, that just doesn't happen in this matchup! Not only was that fun, it also shows the potential of this team!
