True, our staff obviously needs to get their targets to turn down competitors. At ISU that usually means we better be one of the first ones in. That ability to indentify can mean our coaches result in finding guys most other P5 coaches missed on.Agreed, there are a small percentage of coaches that can identify diamonds, but for the most part you put the odds in your favor if other coaches want the same kids you do.
