So the returning AA 141 lber had a change of heart? I see he posted a pic with his current head coach a week or two ago.
I Think they were referring to Austin Gomez potentially coming back for his last year.

Owen Pentz, 197
Owen Pentz entered the transfer portal with many of his teammates after former NDSU head coach Roger Kish left to take the head coaching position at Oklahoma. He is a 3X national qualifier at 197 lbs with two years of eligibility and a redshirt remaining.
Potential Landing Spot: Iowa State
My initial thought was Iowa. However, it seems like Pentz would have made the transfer with his teammates Jared Franek and Michael Caliendo when they did if there was a mutual interest. How about two hours west to Ames? With Bastida moving up, the Cyclones need a 197 if Will Feldkamp is staying at 184.

We have our answer. Broderson seems like he could manage 184 with his frame but 197 seems like a stretch
I think Flo is assuming he will be back at 197 & hasn’t talked to him. So they have no clue that he would rather be 285
Flo is garbage and absolutely clueless, don’t rely on anything they say. If Pentz was going 197 he’d have a home already.
That’s what I heard. Flo isn’t bad for what they do, they are a news outlet to talk about and provide coverage for wrestling. They don’t wait around on their knees like Willie and Mineo hoping to get the “inside scoop” and then share it

We’ve slipped a ways unless you count Chittum. Oklahoma State has made some big moves with this recruiting class and their transfer portal moves. The problem is they don’t develop them when they get to Stillwater so that still plays well for us.
