    Got to the park to unload my bike today for a long ride, noticed the rear tire was pretty worn. Took it in to a bike shop this afternoon, turns out I need new tires and wheels. At 380 for the set, I've now spent more on wheels for my bike than I did on the bike itself.

    One of the bolts fell off the cleat in my bike shoe about halfway through my 40 mile ride today. Made for some interesting times getting it clipped in and out. Was going to pick up a new set of cleats at the bike store, but they're charging $30 for ones I can get online for $8.
