    Phone Books

    My dog has a condition where she can't swallow food well. So when we feed her we put her food bowl on 3 phone books on top of a coffee table......I know, classy. So I actually look forward to new phone books so I can throw away the old ones that get all cruddy after a few months.

    After watching the per game antics (mascot dropping from the ceiling, spotlight intros) I'll definitely be cheering for KU. Man that felt weird to say. Go big 12!

    St. Louis recommendations?

    I have an anti-recommendation.....don't eat Emo's pizza. People will tell you how great it is, but resist. Pizza is a food that you cannot mess up but somehow they found a way. I spent a nice week in St Louis and unfortunately emo's is the only thing I will remember for the rest of my life...

    And what the heck is wrong with everyone in the restaurant. No one steps up to help the poor guy, or check his pulse, or call someone? That ticked me off more than anything. Pack mentality is pretty messed up.

    Come on now. Every thread about men's bball has someone complaining about the refs. I can't read anything without my blood pressure skyrocketing. The refs didn't lose that game for us. Did they have some bad calls? Yes. Did it seem like a few more of those bad calls were against ISU...

    I agree, seemed like missouri got quite a few offensive boards and most of the 50-50 balls. All that considered, and Royce having to sit with the fouls, being up right now is pretty sweet.

    Not too scared of any of those games.........but not too confident with any either. KU, CU, and UTAH. We'll stick with the northern variety.
