    How did Vikings v Bears end up on CBS?

    My understanding was NFC was on Fox and AFC was on CBS with the visiting team determining the conference. Yesterday at noon Seattle at KC on FOX as Seattle was visiting, but then Vikings at Bears on CBS also at noon. Did KCCI pull some strings or have the rules changed?
