    Louisville RB leaves...rules involved

    Anyone else catch this? He is able to leave but Big East rules dont let him transfer to another school and Louisville wont let him transfer to a school they play against in the next 3 years and Arkansas! I have never heard of this before...does the Big 12 have this rule?? FOX Sports on MSN...
