I don't hide behind it being an investment at this point. I live over 1000 miles away now but have had the tickets for years- even when they had no value.

I just looked at stubhub. Someone on the opposite side of the arena in row 11 section 205 is selling theirs game by game for what looks like about $1900 or so for the pair for the entire season.

But sure, I guess yours are somehow special and worth an additional $1500.

Those seats blow. For $3500, I could buy a new 65'' 4K TV, surround sound, some Cyclone gear, and still have $1500 leftover to go to half the game with better seats. OP also has a rear projection 50'' TV on Craiglist listed for $2700 too....because he paid $3000 in 2002 for it.

This can't be true, nobody can be that out of touch with current TV prices. I've got a 60" rear projection LCD that I'll pay somebody $50 to carry out of my basement and haul away.
