Haha, I have sec 238 aisle seats, and would also like to sell them for a lot of money. Feel free to PM.

At work we do a lot of "market price" sales and negotiation. One of our rules is "start high, because you can always come down, but you can't go back up". So I am OK with setting your ceiling high.

That said, $3500 for corner seats is probably too high IMHO. Probably you will scare some folks off, who might have made offer at a lower start point.

Supply and Demand confuses some people!

Plenty of people on this board understand supply and demand.. I'm all for getting the market rate but that price is completely absurd and you won't get any takers even close to what you're asking. You also kind of missed the boat on selling your season tickets when the market was at its peak. People are more geard towards single game tickets now. If someone wants season tickets that bad there is a guy on Craigslist selling 3 seats at the gold donor level for $2,500.

Correct me if I'm wrong but OP is attempting to sell corner balcony seats for over a $100 dollars per seat per game? Considering weekday conference games for those seats haven't fetched close to those prices(nor do they look to this season based on Stub Hub prices), much less the lackluster non con games, I'd like some of whatever he's having!

I'm not sure I would risk that. You might wake up $3,500 poorer with a pair of tickets in section 226....

I have no problem with people getting what they can for tickets, but I almost guarantee you can get 2 tickets for less by buying each game on StubHub, and you'd end up with better seats for some games. I do think you could get 2500 for those though.

Lol no he couldn't..

~18 home games a year, so $200 a pair for those seats. I loled.

Are you sure you mean 226 and not 126?

These are pretty much the same seats that the last students in the building will get!

I could maybe see averaging $100 per seat for the nine best games on the schedule (IA, Baylor, OK, KS, WV, TX, TCU, KSU, OSU), I would think in the $80 range would be more likely. It kind of depends what value you put on the Kansas game. But can't see averaging any more than $25 per seat on the other 7 since they are essentially get you in the arena seats.

Would you take more than the asking price? I feel like I'd be taking advantage of you only paying the asking price. Also do these seats come with a pair of binoculars and tissue for nose bleeds? TIA!
