Will be interesting to see how CJL moves things around when Duckworth returns. Gonzalez is too good to be in the bench. Hatch to the RS again?
I am assuming Duckworth replaces Wachholz in the rotation when she returns with Wachholz backfilling for Hatch and Gonzalez when required.

Not a fan of Nebby but this match is cool as hell and that stadium is full.

Agreed but I can't let this go without getting the cheap joke off...

Hope someone is auditing that attendance count, given this is the same school keeping that fraudulent football sellout streak alive. ;)

ISU takes set 4, 25-12, and the win.

Duckworth saw little action in sets 1-3 (just serving, I believe). Started and played set 4, and tallied 4 kills and 3 blocks just in that set.

Hatch led the way with 12 kills. Gonzalez (8), Hopp (7) and Wachholz (7) also big contributors on offense.

Duckworth, Hopp and Gonzalez had 3 blocks each.

GCU is doing a "students-only" game tonight, and it looked like a pretty big draw. They were rooting for ISU to end it in sets 3 and 4, presumably to get to the GCU match quicker.

"The Lopes expect over 7,000 fans in the GCU Arena on Friday night as part of the campus' Welcome Week and Lope-A-Palooza event."

Every set ISU had a decent lead and let Arizona back into it (except for the last set). That's something that was a bit of a problem last year too. It was nice to see the team look really good with Maya in there.
