Can't swing a game today or tomorrow but holy crap if they move on I'm gonna find a way to see the ALCS

All the announcers can talk about - as the Twins batters keep swinging weakly through pitches - is how tough the sun/shadows are on the hitters. I buy that, it looks really tough, but somehow the Astros got base hits and 4 runs in the first, so … /shrug/
I haven't heard so much about the batter's eye and shadows since the first season at Target Field Cuddyer and Morneau bitched so much they dug up the pine trees

It's like the Hawkeye offense.... it's so challenging for them yet the other team can figure it out almost immediately

Had to listen to the game on wcco. Gladden was saying Gray’s breaking ball wasn’t breaking much at all. If your breaking ball doesn’t move, you know you’re in for a long day as a pitcher.

Good news is the series isn’t over. Bad news is it feels like the series is over

Tough one today but to me this team has overachieved especially considering subaverage hitting all year. It's all house money let's give it hell tomorrow!!

I like this better. Kirloff and Wallner have been brutal this postseason.

Please win today. That is all I ask. Forcing a game 5 would be almost be satisfying enough...almost. I just hate the Astros. They are cheaters and it gets under my skin to see cheaters continue to be successful. Almost as if there is no justice in the world.

Is Kirilloff actually injured? I wonder if the MLB investigates these things. Kind of like how Gallo was “injured” at the end of the season. Oh well, time for Buxton to give us a Kirk Gibson moment!

This game has the defeatist feeling of all the games during the extended playoff losing streak.
Well, during the streak, most games had the twins leading and several had very hi win probabilities. There were on 2 or 3 that were curb stomps like this.

The feeling that there is no hope in game 4 is awfully familiar, though.
