Would it ever make sense to bump Carr up to 165 for the dual? How does the strength of 157 compare to 165? Let Cam wrestle - at worst he gives up three, unless we expect that DC will bonus at 157. If DC can win or even keep it to a minor at 165, doesn't the probable net outcome benefit the team?

Oh yea it could definitely go either way. One way I’m pretty sure it would not go is the way of Carr/Zalesky.
