Already reports of a lot of damage, large trees and winds over 70mph in Rockwell City to the west...

Looks like the hail threat is increase for the Ames and Des Moines areas and the incoming storms are still putting down radar estimated 1.5 inch an hour precip...

Starting to see lightning off in the distance. I just went out and checked and my car said it was 82 degrees...pretty hot and humid for 10 p.m.

The worst is going through NW of DM now. The lightning, thunder, wind, and rain are all pretty incredible.

Southern end of that line looks like it's losing a bit of umph.

Pretty quite on the storm reports.
A few new ones out of Marshalltown where estimated 60-65 mph winds went through. Also Power out to some in town.

Also some power outages in Roland, Story City and Gilbert
