Just so I understand. The adult athletes cannot gamble, but gambling directly pays hundreds of thousands to the athletes?

Some part of this is beyond stupid. (Nothing to do with Hawkeyes or Cyclones)
Maybe I'm wrong, but I don't think there are any rules prohibiting college athletes from gambling if they are old enough. The only restriction is for some sports betting. Now that restriction should probably be loosened but you can't eliminate it because you can't have athletes betting on their own team.

Yeah they can bet at a casino like a regular person. They just can’t beat on a NCAA sanctioned sport. Basically limits them to ufc, boxing and nascar.

I like the job Brent has done, maybe they aren’t publicly announced, idk. But the amount of big corporate sponsors the Swarm gets compared to what we have is a bit concerning.
How many big corporate sponsors does the Swarm have?

If Blum would have pulled something like this off the media would have a hay day over it. With it being Iowa they won't say much.
Surprised Uncle Randy hasn’t asked that question yet. “With the Swarm NIL collective accepting money from casinos, what problems do you anticipate in light of ISU’s sports gambling issues?”

You’re welcome Randy.
