Maybe I'm wrong, but I don't think there are any rules prohibiting college athletes from gambling if they are old enough. The only restriction is for some sports betting. Now that restriction should probably be loosened but you can't eliminate it because you can't have athletes betting on their own team.Just so I understand. The adult athletes cannot gamble, but gambling directly pays hundreds of thousands to the athletes?
