Hoiberg returned Niang, Long, Morris, & Hogue who all played a ton of minutes last year.

Huggins returned Staten. What Huggins did with his team is nothing short of a miracle.

Huggins did a great job, no question. I'm not too upset with that pick. If it would have been Self, that would have ticked me off.

If you compare KU's roster (full of All American 4 and 5 star kids) with anyone else in the league, then how does that coach get COY? Unless you are giving him credit for recruiting those kids?

Huggins getting coach of the year is well deserved, but Self and Drew are close behind. Self, because he wins all the time and never has a rebuilding year, and Drew, because he lost so much last year and put together a dynamite team.

Huggy returned nobody outside of Staten and still had WVU right there until the last week of the season. I have no qualms about him getting it.

Buddy Hield wins POY, well deserved.

I agree. He's a very talented player, and had a great year.

When we played them this year, I thought he was the best NBA player on the court both times. He's really good.

Seems fine, I'll honestly be a bit annoyed if monte isn't 1st team though.

McKay has to be at least 2nd team, doesn't he? Winning defensive player of the year should land him on some all conference team you'd think. At the same time, it seems like it would be tough with the other players who deserve to be named.
