Shouldn't CPR at least sit in on these meeting to get an understanding on how half of his football team work?

Im guessing he does to a degree. There is no way hes completely oblivious. However, I think some hands off **** is appropriate here.

I think it shows the offense who is in charge with the O ... there has been a change, monumental change. It also takes pressure off of the O, considering how frustrated CPR has been with the O.

Would somebody summarize for those who don't want to sign up at this time. This is kind of what I was hopping for. Mangino has the experience and knowledge to completely run his offense. Maybe he can help test the defense a little more as well. Go all the way to the spring game and see if the defense can stop the offense. It will only help both sides get better.

Rhoads: Hey, Mark- I think you missed my name on the meeting invite.
Mangino: No I didn't.

Do you really think that Mangino has locked him out of every meeting? CPR was just light heartedly saying that he doesn't have much of a hand in the Offense at this point. I'm sure there was an agreement when Mangino started that it would be his offense to run, otherwise he probably wouldn't be here.

You guys do recognize hyberbole, right? Metaphor? Or, "coachspeak"? CPR isn't literally, actually "locked out" of the meeting rooms. He just trusts Mangino to get it right, so he can turn his attentions elsewhere.

Good, this is the way it should be. Someone with the experience as Mangino has should be trusted to run the offense.

I will venture to guess that nobody literally thought Rhoads was locked out of the room. Only you would try to correct us all on that.

Doesn't Rhoads have like a master key, or something, that can get him into any room in the facility?
