Drake radio has athletic director Brian Hardin on and he says that it was due to contact tracing (implied that it's not positive tests of players / coaches), and that those decisions are made by the City of St. Louis.

All they've said definitively is that it's a covid issue with UNI, but on the radio Drake's AD said it was due to contact tracing, it was a hard decision, and that the St. Louis Department of Health made the call to cancel it.
