There will still be no Big 12 network because Texas wont allow it to happen since they will have their own network. Does Beebbe realize that is why we are here? Texas got all the power and ****** the rest of the conference off, now he wants to give them more power.

Well, Beebe has indicated that this new deal would not prevent teams from having their own network (i.e. Texas) in addition to the Big 12 deal. This is obviously being offered in an attempt to appease UT.

Also, I doubt it will be a Big 12 network, more likely just a new deal with one of the existing networks.
