Help: Fake "Update Adobe Flash" Site

I've had it pop up from time to time over the last couple three months. If you accidentally click it, it down loads an executable file. Virus protection has always picked it up. I've run hitman pro, malwarebytes, spybot, adaware and a full virus scan with eset and nothing pops up. Just your run of the mill redirect. Annoying but not vicious.
