Black Russian.
Equal parts Kahlua and Vodka (you choose how much).
Over ice.

Thanks to he who shall not be named, too many people think you need to dilute it with white stuff (cream, half & half). Bah!

Does Welch Ave Station still do Flaming Dr. Peppers? (Amaretto with 151 on top in a shot glass, light on fire, drop into a glass of beer and chug.)

For something simpler when Vanilla Cokes weren't widespread, I liked mixing vanilla liquor into my Coke.

I believe that they’re not allowed to make flaming shots anymore because of liability reasons. The flaming Dr Pepper was a fun one though :)

White Russian is about as obscure as I get.
Most my mixed drinks are 2 ingredients sadly.

Not sure if I would call it obscure, but I've only seen it at our tailgates. Cyclone OJ. Pour a few ounces of vodka in a small glass. Fill with orange juice. Stir. Tilt the glass and slowly pour a little Grenadine down the inside edge of the glass. Makes a nice little cardinal red swirl in a tasty gold drink. Cyclone OJ!

Dr. Pepper and Southern Comfort, but frankly Dr. Pepper mixes well with most things. And most bars don't carry Dr. Pepper to mix with.:(

Maybe not obscure, but definitely simple. Whiskey and diet coke. Preferred whiskey is either Knob Creek or Jack Daniels single barrel select.
