He's the type of guy that looks like he could blow a gasket and it'll be bad, but he lets it build up (unlike fran) and then it just explodes.
With that look, he's definitely the db driving the oversized jacked up truck that gets two inches from your rear bumper while driving.
Can't the whole restricted airway thing turn into something worse like attempted murder? I had a buddy whose brother got like ten years for something similar to this.

At the very least, they will probably have to suspend him indefinitely while the investigation takes place.

Not sure about attempted murder, but you could be right. And I agree, the strangling angle is what makes this different than "just" a domestic violence incident. To be clear, by no means am I diminishing domestic violence, but when strangling someone comes into the picture, the heat definitely goes up.
Insane...hope his family is safe and getting help they need. Screw Beard screw Texas.
He looks like the guy I saw once after a little league game take a guys drone and break it on the concrete in the parking lot.
