That's not a knock on Diante. That wouldn't be classy or fair. I think all 3 of our PGs have the ability to contribute. I'm glad that we have options so that this isn't exactly the end of the world, though it hurts.

We are just lucky it happened this year and not last year if at all. At least we have reasonable backups.

The two huge plus' you miss with DG are: (1) Assist/turn over ratio and (2) End of the half isolation play that DG seems to make every time (never understand why teams don't put 3 guys on him when we run the same play at the end of every 1st half -- Don't other teams watch film?).

The other teams watch film and that is why they don't force him to pass any earlier, just cut him off when he gets to the lane. This year it has worked about half the time, but last year it only worked about twice. Usually we **** the game clock away and don't even get a shot or just some really bad one.
