This year's team does have one important (and positive) distinction from last year's team: Not routinely falling behind by double digits. Refresh my memory, other than Maryland, has this year's team had any other double-digit deficits?

Just one game that I can recall...

South Carolina they were down 11 in the first half

Last year's team overcame more of those games than they lost. This year's team is losing those types of games, but not having to come back to win others.

Will be fun to see how it plays out.

I was a little worried for the kid they way he was examining his goggles. The refs had to show him the bench and coaches almost had to guide him to his seat.

Speaking of Williams I was damn impressed with him. He's improved tremendously from last season when he was just a huge freshman with a lot of muscle. He's got a nice mid range jumper now too to go along with that bruising frame. He's going to be a big time player for them for 2+ more seasons.
