Wow, don't get all the stadium hate. Can't be because it's too small. Second largest in the conference. Maybe they're really just ranking press boxes.

It seems like they basically ranked them based on what they'd look like on an empty day, stadium and surrounding scenery, with heavy emphasis on the scenery. Only way WVU would be that different from ISU when the stadium itself is modeled after ISU's

Sure JTS doesn't have as flashy of a backdrop as other stadium but to put it at the same tier as Kansas is funny. I think they know ISU fans will get mad and comment so they did it for the interactions....

Sponsored by an ASU fan..... not wanting in the Big 12. Never seen the stadium... This is only based on pictures of the landscape surrounding the stadiums. Nothing to do with gameday.
They'll find out soon enough. Unlike the P12, B12 stadiums have more to do with what goes on inside the stadium than what else there is to do or see outside of the FB game.

It'll be a rude awakening when they have back to back road games at places like ISU, KSU and OSU instead of going to Stanford and Cal where there are less people than some Iowa HS games.

Living in Scottsdale I've been to ASU games and its a nice stadium, small though. The coolest thing about it is the stadium is between two mountains so its got a neat aesthetic to it. Its usually about half full (if that) and those that were there didn't really seem to be too interested in the game, definitly not an intimidating or imposing place to play. Big 12 stadiums and specifically Jack Trice have a much better atmosphere, energy and volume during the game, ASU will get a rude awakening when they have to travel to places where the fan base actually cares about the game and not just to see and be seen.

This is obviously a list put together off steoeotypes of what they "think" places like Ames would be like for a game, with zero knowledge of what they're talking about. They'll get a rude awakening when they are in full stadiums with loud fans who are passionate about their teams opposed to most stadiums in the PAC, where the game is an afterthought at best.

JTS is not between two mountains nor is it between two cornfields.

Sun Dogs might fill half their own stadium. Then, I doubt you will see many on the road and so unable to give honest assessments other than spitball assumptions like "a 'D' cuz it's up there in fly-over land."
