Nationals starts today down in OKC. ESPN has every session available on either ESPNU or ESPN3.

All times are CT.

3/20/14 First Round - 11AM ESPNU/ESPN3
3/20/14 Second Round - 6PM ESPNU/ESPN3

3/21/14 Quarterfinals - 10AM ESPNU/ESPN3
3/21/14 Semifinals - 7PM ESPN

3/22/14 Medal Round - 10AM ESPNU/ESPN3
3/22/14 Finals - 7PM ESPN

on ESPN3, you can pick a specific mat to watch. Last year the medal round was on ESPNU but they only showed the 3rd place matches unless the 5th or 7th place matches went longer. So I really don't know what to expect from the ESPNU broadcast.

Really important Gabe doesn't get underneath Lester, Lester's tilts were how Moreno lost by so much the last two times.

Gabe down 3-2 after the first, RT not a factor. Lester was running a half nelson deep to end the period but Gabe managed to avoid back points. Neutral to start the second.

Gabe in deep on a shot off the shistle, long scramble that Gabe was slowly winning but Lester almost came out the back. Potentially dangerous called before there is a score. Gabe gets a takedown off the reset. Up 4-3, 30 seconds left in the second.

Huh, he picks down. Given how easily he has turned Moreno in the past that probably wasn't the best call.

His reward is the #1 seed, but that's still a huge upset. It also will give him a much better match in the consolations tonight.
