Here is background on MSU video board snafu.
I love how the MSU guy says they are going to discontinue using the 3rd party vendor that had quiz with Hitler's pic and asking where he was born. THEIR 3RD PARTY VENDOR WAS YOUTUBE!!! The quiz video was free The school's making bank on its Big10 TV deal, but they show free content on their stadiums video board.
