Here are a few of mine:
—Animal House, “Do you mind if we dance with yo dates?
—Star Trek IV, “I’m from Iowa, I only work in outer space.”
—Patton, The scene when he takes command and closes the kitchen at 6:15 am.
—Imitation Game, When Alan Turing interviews with actor Charles Dance, the naval officer.
Casablanca, The scene when Rick sees Ilsa in his cafe, and the end: “Round up the usual suspects.”
Twelve O’Clock High (1949), When Maj. Harvey Stovall tells Gen. Savage how he can delay the transfers.
—The Godfather, just about any scene.

Twelve O'Clock High is on my short list of best WWII movies. Sometimes gets forgotten but it's a hell of a movie.

Metro Omaha
Animal House-7 Years of college down the drain"

Apocalypse Now - "I love the smell of napalm in the morning"

Man from UNCLE - "so you don't want to dance but you do want to wrestle"
Starts at about 2:30

The Equalizer - "Brick by Brick body by body dollar by dollar"

This is old one, but the opening to the original Shaft was a bit ground-breaking in 1971
I like the "how hell should I know everybody looks the same to me."

Blues Brothers - "I hate Illinois Nazis"
