So basically you're ideal strategy is to back away from the inbounder, run full speed at him and then try to time it correctly to jump into him as he's inbounding the ball for the steal?
You're trying too hard.

Uh, do a Google search for "Frank Mason" and this is the first thing you find!

Excellent. That picture clearly shows the ball both already IN PLAY and NOT being touched by Frank Mason. Thank you!

Friend of mine (KU Alum) was at the game and we were texting a bit back and forth and all he was saying was that they were getting totally screwed the ENTIRE game, which was hilarious to me.

Cy will have its chance in AFH, Ames and maybe KC. OU failed, as I had forecast they would. Ku's depth won out in the end last night. Great game.

You're trying too hard.

You don't understand how basketball works if you don't think it was a violation. You're better off going with "Yes it was a violation but the refs missed crucial calls both ways" instead of the playing dumb strategy

So now it is against the rules to TOUCH the offensive player AFTER they throw the ball in? Doesn't that mean that every play in every game should be called for a foul?!?

Uh, it is always against the rules to push a player of the other team. That is just another aspect of the non-call that was missed.

We'll just agree to see it how we see it. Great game by both teams. Next game...

How anyone can watch that inbounds play and think there wasn't a violation at any point is baffling. Well done, tuco.

$elf would probably have stroked out if the roles were reversed. You know it to be true. It was a great game. Too bad you KBoo fans are such schmucks.

I can't stand the when Self intentionally gets a technical. Calls ALWAYS go his way after it. Refs should never be intimidated by coaches and players. Huggins and Self are notorious for intimidating refs and getting calls go their way.
