Pumpkin Beer in Chicago?

I am craving a pumpkin beer to a pair with a scary movie tomorrow night.

I hit Binny’s for a Pumpkin Beer and they had none, not even Sam Adams.

Anyone, by any chance, know where I can get a pumpkin beer in the city?

I’ll do a growler even.

Elysian has the best pumpkin beers, IMO. Check out their beer finder here...The Night Owl and Dark-O-The Moon are great. Looks like Night Owl is available in stores and restaurants all over the Chicago area.

My wife spotted a Sam Adams sampler at Target with 3 pumpkin ales.

Better than nothin’, next year I stock up early.

The pumpkin beer worked fine. The first few Busch Lights poured into the pumpkin got some pumpkin flavor added to them. After that, it was just fun drinking Busch Light coming from a spigot in a pumpkin. It looked very cool.
