That race was May 3rd of last year and I didn't run another race until March 26th of this year. Had to take time off with the foot (and eventually knee) but I missed it. Trying to figure out which half marathon or full marathon I want to tackle next.that's just crazy!
Yuck. I hate hills, especially doing sprint repeats on them. This will solidify my no long distance running rule. Hill sprints for this guy!
Time to channel my inner uber productive self and knock out the rest of this research paper. "Anaerobic biodegradation and hydrogeochemical controls on natural attenuation of trichloroethene in an inland forested wetland: A case study"

You came in at #19. Here is the top 20, with another victory for Pants (even with his limited posting during tax season):Have the winners of RTT VII been revealed yet? I bet I didn't even make the Top 25.
I'm definitely going to run Des Moines (full or half) but I want to do a summer half this year. I just have to find the right one.I might do a summer half, but I'm think the Restoration Run in Hampton for the next official half marathon.
Definitely. Those days don't happen often (neither do the really bad ones) but the high you get from it make all of it worth it.Embrace the suck!
When you have one of those days that you feel light, quick, and smooth >>>. Don't have those days very often but when you blaze through a run and feel like you could go miles further at that pace, it's a great feeling.

Oh same here. But if I can find the right one, perhaps Grandma's up in Duluth, I'd do it.I'm torn on summer ones. I'm a heat casualty waiting to happen.

Sounds like CG wasn't murdered by a monster and/or hobo last night then?
