I think you have it right... but an argument could probably be made to swap 3 and 4 IMO. Iowa MBB and ISU football is a close one IMO.

The Fiesta Bowl and B12 Championship appearance trumps no Sweet 16 since '99 for me, but they do have 2 conf tourney titles since then.
