Argument on hawkeye report about this. Some people arguing he is an efficient player.

His eFG% is 9th on the team. His True shooting% is 9th. His player efficiency rating (PER), is 12th.
9th in two categories? Who wouldn't want a top ten player on their team?

He teased them with good shooting in a couple games late in the season against some really awful basketball teams. LOL he's not a good basketball player and if I'm a Iowa fan I would rather see him not on the roster and let some of the young guys get some run. He brings nothing tangible to their lineup.

Just wait until they need that Christian Laettner pass some game, then those hawkeye fans will be happy they had him I'm told. And what about the post bounce passes, he is golden with those.

Trent melting down on kxno over the caller Bill Harris about his take on CMac's defense.
Got really angry and said that CMac does play defense. Bill then said Fran coaches offense and no defense. Then Trent says yeah it's always been that way. LOL.

ISU should considering hanging his number when he's ready to call it quits. I know he'll need a degree from ISU, but in this one instance I think we can make an exception.
Why would ISU hang a jersey of a player that went 4-2 against them in his career?

No doubt the refs will not miss this whiner. I’ve never seen a kid who thinks he needs so much face time to dispute every call/non-call.

It has been wildly entertaining to watch the ebbs and flows of his career. You never know what Conner you're gonna get. Bounce pass Conner, more fouls than points Connor, laser brick 3 point shooter Conner, fake tough guy Conner, wouldn't play at any other P6 program Connor, not too bad as a 6th year senior Connor, there are just so many versions of him he is such an enigma even Hawkeye fans can't all agree if they love or hate him. You don't get to watch players like that often, but we've gotten to see it for the last 6 years.

Connor has improved his shooting tremendously which is why he’s not a liability offensively anymore. He couldn’t shoot it even when wide open.

I still think if you actually guard him he can’t do anything and sort of reverts back to his old self. That Purdue game was awful. 3 straight air balls is hard to do.

Last night they go to commercial and of course he's the only player on the court whining to the refs out of both teams. That **** would get so old.

He works the referees like a coach and completely gets away with it.

Six years? Yikes. He was fortunate enough to play against Prom's last two teams. I'll give him credit, he did have the game of his life this year against ISU. Oh, what is his NCAA tournament record?

It's wild that the most important games of his career were in December.
The funny thing is that the stats actually back that up. Connor played in 5 ISU-Iowa games and usually has his best scoring nights.

17-18 : DNP
18-19 : 12 points (2nd best scoring night)
19-20 : 12 points (2nd best scoring night)
20-21 : 7 points
21-22 : 0 points
22-23 : 14 points (3rd best scoring night)

He'll drag Iowa to the Sweet 16 and look right into the camera WWE-style after the win to talk **** to all 'those' that doubted him which would be the handful of people that post on CF.

I haven't watched Iowa much but from what I've seen they definitely have not played with the kind of energy they had back in early December and certainly not as hard on defense.
