Rashad Vaugh has 19 and 3 for the Bucks and Dougy McBuckets has 21 and 5 for the Bulls right now. Hopefully Fred can get that kind of production out of him consistently. Just thought it was interesting.

His offense is crazy good with professionals.
Yeah, I tuned in for a little bit of the game and they made like 3 threes and a couple layups in a matter of a minute or so. It reminded me of the comeback against OU. Great spacing, ball movement, and a wide open three pointer.

Looks like Noah was 0-4. Guess Fred hasn't performed a miracle with that shot yet.

"It's a blast," Bulls second-year man Doug McDermott said of the new Hoiberg system. "He makes it fun. He makes it a lot of fun for us. We just move the ball real well, real unselfish, get open looks. He's not going to pull you out if you [take] a bad shot. It's one of those deals where he just lets you play your game."

Good stuff.

Noah's a bum. His shot is beyond saving.
2013-14 SEASON:
Appeared in 80 games (all starts) for the Bulls in his seventh NBA season, averaged career-highs of 12.6 points, 11.3 rebounds and 5.4 assists along with 1.2 steals and 1.5 blocks in 35.3 minutes... Named Defensive Player of the Year... Named to the All-NBA First Team... Named to the All-Defensive First Team

He may be traded, but he's no "bum".

That was back when he had two fully functional legs. It's hard to be a productive NBA player when you're just dragging one of your legs along.

He's one of the better interior defenders on the planet. He is probably going to see a pretty big decline now though because he simply is getting old and has been a good NBA player because he plays harder than just about everybody he goes up against...tough to do that as you age.

Mirotic had 18 in his first game and only shot 1-5 from 3. He and Doug are going to like the change the most. I bet Mirotic averages more points in possibly less minutes. 14 rebounds for Portis in his first game off the bench...I'm drinking the Kool-Aid a little.

Think they can play Mirotic and McDermott together?

McDermott always looks like a defensive liability. I guess it doesn't matter too much if you can always score on your possessions when he is in there, but he is going to need defensive help.
