Westboro Baptist Church coming to Ames

Heard this from some folks, turns out the WBC is coming to preach their...message...in Ames on July 24th on the corner of Lincoln and University. Should be interesting.

I'm going to go out on a limb and guess that trashing them doesn't have to be political. No legitimate church that I know of would defend them, and probably some hate groups think they go too far.

The sad thing is that they use kids and it is pretty much a "family" affair.

Two things

1) Their "church" is about 30 members, all family.

2) I need to search for a job for this upcoming school year and I think I might make the 24th the day I go up there. I'll be armed with a camera and my best homosexual behavior (yes i'm lobbing one up there for all you jokesters.) This should be fun.
