Will it be embarassing if Cotten does well at Nebraska?

Naw, noone will be embarassed. After all, some here can't even realize that both Lamaak and Dedrick were Mac's recruits before his staff left. so Cotton never got the chance to coach this "upgrade" at tackle. For that matter, Stephens and Tibbs were Cotton recruits as well.

It was hardly Cotton's fault that Fine put the team in such a huge hole.

I always loved Cotton's photo in the program, looked like a drill instructor! Will NU fans accept him after he coached for "the real big red?" Embarrassed if he's a success? Nope. We've had plenty of coaches that were very successful after they left ISU (taking off, not removed, for the most part...)
