using safari on my touch pro i can't type in thread response boxes at all. I can login fine though. That is using the default view, I just switched to hhe blackberry version and i can type, but i don't like this style and can'find the place to change it back

Not sure I can help with this specifically, but I am posting this from my touch pro using Opera, so that is another option.

My bad I meant opera and not safari, and I figured out how to get out of black berry mode.

I tried editing the post I made to say that and it would allow me to type in the reason for editing box but not the response box.
