Even Lazard?

Lazard was pretty exciting for me, even though he was a recruiting gift. Still, most basketball recruits are more exciting simply due to the current state of our program and the fact that a single basketball player makes a much more noticeable impact than a single football player unless we're talking about Cam Newton or RG3.

I'm more of a FB fan, but I have to agree...MBB recruits make more of an impact because there's so few of them. I will say that I get a lot more from watching FB recruiting videos than MBB videos. It's just too hard to tell how good a kid is in MBB with a highlight video. Competition plays a bigger role and it could be an all-star game or something where people aren't really trying. In FB, you know everyone is going full speed and it's easier to tell things like quickness and agility.
