It doesn't have to be your only vehicle, just your first.

Just got out of a long-term relationship a few months ago and I've been thinking about moving out of Iowa now that I have nothing tying me down.
I wanted to hear from others who have left where you ended up, if you have any advice about picking a place to live, etc.
I'm thinking somewhere with mild winters, relatively close to mountains or beaches, good job market and lots of people around my age (30s). My current job is as a Product Owner at an insurance company so thinking it would be relatively easy to find something similar in a bigger city.

...However, there is one trend in this recruiting class that could cause some concern. Among the 20 players committed, just three come from Pennsylvania. In a 2027 class that is loaded with in-state talent, the Nittany Lions swinging and missing on a majority of the top talent can be worrisome.

Currently, Penn State has more players committed in New Jersey with five than its own state. While no singular team has dominated the state in the 2027 class, it’s allowed some major programs to enter itself into the Pennsylvania ecosystem...

The first 2028 Big Board is out by MatScouts. As noted elsewhere, no official contact is allowed by schools until April, 2027. At first glance, this appears to be a bit of a down year for Iowa rising juniors.

So my buddy has been separated from his wife(not legally) for almost 2 years. His wife actually left him. He bought a place like 1 year ago in Iowa City and is now looking to sell it. His wife never lived there, never paid any equity into the house, and has never even been on the property. How in the **** is she(possibly) legally entitled to some of the money he could potentially get from the a sale in the future. Nobody but the person on the loan should be entitled to that. They had only been married like a year and a half too.

We've had a YEAR, haven't we?
Let's try to look back on it and actively choose to remember the good parts.

Starting up 2029 -- Iowa just offered a 2030 recruit, so I better get 2029 up since 2030 may not be far behind. Not much here yet, but that'll probably change quickly over the next few months.
