Dayton really isnt a mid major, the atlantic ten is pretty close to a major conference as it gets. Dayton is flat out getting it done right now, and the are getting some top talent that most power conference schools would love to have. If this is a realistic option, we need to look into it.
Ya I doubt getting Sullivan just so we can have Barnes for a year would end up much better than where were at. But watching him for a year in a Clone jersey woulda been fun

Anybody have an opinion on Melvin Ejim?? If you haven't seen this kid, go to youtube and search Melvin Ejim Iowa State. Kid looks good to me as long as he can perform the same against Big XII competition!! Maybe we should keep Mac on as a recruiter but get someone else for in-game coaching decisions AND motivational speeches!!! NOT HIS FORTE!!! Leave that to coach Rhoads please and stop stealing his lines in the locker room lol!!!
I really think that if DMac is to part ways, we should keep D-Rob, he can recruit the chicago area well, possibly make him head Coach.

Not real familiar with the recruiting aspect of the program. Has D-Rob been the one getting our good talent lately? If so.....I say HELL YEAH!!!

Especially with Pollard here, he sure does not have a way with some coaches, Mac, and LE.

If we were to go the assistant route, he would be very high on my list. Though I don't really want to hire an assistant, would rather stick with Mac for another year.
