I dont hate the non-mulder ones, but he is honestly why I watched the show. Funny character. One of the best ever for tv. I have been buying them up. I just need a couple more of the seasons. Ticks me off though, now they are super cheap and they also sell them in the thin packs now.

Personally I'm thinking about ditching my seasons 1-6 and just buying the complete series in a bundle.

Did anyone watch the show Life on Mars. It only lasted 1 season then got cancelled, but they still made a series finally. Most disappointing ending EVER!!! The show was filled with mysteries. The main character was a cop and after a car accident was somehow sent back in time to be a cop in the 70s. Had some great story lines and characters with the whole 70s cop theme. The mysteries were strange phone calls from someone that knew why he was there, seeing little mars rover like robots in various places, and just a feeling like the main character was being watched and was sent to the 70s for a reason. He even ran into his parents and learned some things he hadn't known about them.

Suddenly, they cancelled the show, but made a finally to end it. After all the strange happenings, several of the characters woke up on a space shuttle to Mars. The whole story was a simulated dream package the the main character chose for his "hybernation" time while traveling to Mars. When he woke up, he told them their was a glitch in the programming and he was seeing flashes of his real life mixed in with the dream sequence. I was never so p!ssed to have wasted my time. I wish I never saw the finally, because the show before it was actually very good.

I haven't seen Lost's finale yet... my wife and I are way behind on TV, we've been extremely busy all spring. But I will say that I didn't like the Sopranos ending... why is an ending where 10 million people thought their cable went out good?

As far as BSG, I watched the whole series in the last year for the first time and I wish I had never seen season 4.5. IMO what they did to those characters absolutely ****** me off.

When I think of the series finale, I think of the entire 2 hour episode rather than just the last 5 minute epilogue or whatever. I guess alot of people didn't like the Sopranos ending, is was a bit of a copout but I thought it definitely implied that Tony was dead but left it hanging for fans who didn't want to see that (or if Chase ever decided to make a movie or something). If nothing else, it was unique.

I liked most everything about the BSG finale except the end with Starbuck.. that was a serious copout when they wrote themselves into a corner.

I don't feel the Sopranos really needed a big ending, b/c it was a character driven show, without big questions to be answered. The ending only proved that they never had an overall vision of how it would end, couldn't come up with a clever idea and quit.

BSG was pretty good IMO, with the whole story of humanity on a constant cycle of progression until they destroy themselves, then starting over again. Starbuck being supernatural in some way without knowing was never explained well.

The one that has always bugged me was "Quantum Leap." I loved that show but was not satisfied with the ending at all. I'm not saying that he had to go home and everything was puppies and rainbows. I just didn't like the way it ended.

Yes, I watched this show and actually thought it was pretty good. The cast was perfect. I do agree that the ending was not what I had hoped. I can't imagine watching that show for 3-5 years and then seeing that ending. I would have been ******.

Can't be too hard on the Quantum Leap finale though, it was a sudden cancellation so they had to put it together quickly instead of having a whole season to wrap it up. I liked the fact that Sam could choose to return home if he wanted but he never did and just continually kept leaping and helping people and solving problems, the ultimate selfless act.

Watch the English version. Had a 100% completely different ending, though I guess it was divisive also.

Forgot about Dead Like Me. It only lasted a couple of seasons (and I actually only started watching it recently on Netflix) but I really liked the show. Evidently the movie that came out years later was supposed to be some form of a finale. It was sadly very lame.

Fox should be ashamed of themselves for how they forced Married With Children to end. If any show in that network's history deserved to go out with a real series finale, it was Married.

The Roseanne finale was as close as it comes to Newhart. Both were fantastic.

A somewhat obscure series that I would love to have some closure on is Brimstone.

I liked the ending of the Wonder Years. That was a great show, and one of my favorites, growing up. But, I thought they wrapped that up nicely. They didn't go the obvious way, and have Kevin and Winnie end up together. Which I thought sucked at the time, but it was realistic. And loved how he and his dad finally saw eye to eye after all the disagreements they had over the years. Still one of the best written shows I can remember...

Ooooh, The Wonder Years. That is one show that may never end up on legit DVD and it pisses me off greatly.

I remember feeling incredibly sad when the narrator (older Kevin) explained what had happened to his dad...was not ready for that!

That was a GREAT show!

There was a brief time period that it was on ION, and I regret not DVR'ing them all and putting them on dvd. I just assumed that they would be out by now. I guess they struggled with some music license issues. Wish they would get that resolved, cuz I think it would be a great show for the "next generation" to be able to enjoy. I know my nephews would love it...
