Typical Clown fans, can't take a joke! LMAO! If you could laugh a little then maybe I wouldn't think that all you guys have tried something with a farm animal. Sick.

It's not that no on here can take a joke, it was just a horrible attempt at one. Take a step back, take a deep breath and try again son, you'll get it.

When I read his "weaknesses" under ESPN I felt they copied and pasted it from Jordan Raileys. Why go after another Railey? I love Railey, don't get me wrong, but Railey will play more then him, and Railey is probably losing time next year. This guy wouldn't play at all until he was probably a junior. Just a waste of a scholarship in my opinion.

No Chance he sits till he's a junior,

btw if you google him (Georges Niang) there is tons of evaluations and video

He averages over 24 PPG against huge talent in the NEPSAC. not saying all these points will translate at high major programs but some of it will.

In the NEPSAC AA championship game he didn't miss a shot. 11 shots ranged from behind the arch to post moves. The video of the game is online I found it through Friarbasketball.net

"The Rams were led by junior captain Georges Niang, who was a perfect 11 for 11 from the floor, tallying (23 points, 10 rebounds, 7 assists)"

This kids a natural scorer,

The ESPN ranking talks about how soft he is and then the ESPN Boston blog praises this kids play against real talent.....

Yeah that's pretty funny. Well.....it's getting late, and I am sure you will need some time to grease that coed's thighs so you can slip her through the front door of your trailer. Also, don't forget to brush your tooth and tell uncle-dad goodnight.

I don't understand how/why some people have such strong feelings about a 2012 recruit that you've never seen play. Going strictly off of what ESPN writes about a kid is a very dangerous road to go down, as some above have pointed out. Iowa State/Hoiberg are obviously very serious about this young man. At this point in the program, why not trust the staff?

And as for the Railey comparisons, I feel like they are way off. I've never seen Niang play but he is 6-foot-7, 225-pounds. Very different games.

Best thing about Niang is how well-spoken & respectful he is. He was great to interview. Iowa State needs high-class 4-year players like this to mix in with the current transfers. That's why guys like Ejim, Odunsi, Okoro, Niang, Sledge, etc. will be so valuable going forward.

Wait so are you trying to tell us something with adding Okoro to the list of current Cyclones? Maybe holding out until you write a story later this week that he is committing to the good guys?
Maybe I'm just kiddy and reading what I want out of it.

Not a list of current Cyclones given it lists Niang right next to Okoro.

HTH.

I know that Niang was right by Okoro but I figured that since it was a thread about Niang that he would add him in. I just found it odd that with the other four people he named he added 3 cyclones and one recruit that is high on us right now. I'm only being hopeful that it stops being high on us and starts being committed to us. Maybe he let a little insider information slip.
It was only me being a homer.
