Me, I know what's going to happen however I have agreed not to share. All I can say is that it will be heavenly. All is well.
Are you serious about this?
I DON'T KNOW WHO TO BELIEVE ANYMORE!

I just doubt Delany gives much to his ADs as well. Delany with play this thing very close.
My guess is discussion of big 12 members has become national bar fodder. There will be lots of blips, squeeks, and hushes, but it will be discussed in front of people. Maybe some twelve year old twitter will get the ultimate scoop from listening to dad talk on the phone.A B1G coach of a small sport...with a loud AD/staff...might know what is going on. Probably not, but it's certainly possible. Even at the biggest B1G schools, how many people are working full-time in an athletic department? It's not a huge number, especially if someone can't keep their mouth shut.
And he has not yet been proven to be the type to lead us on into oblivion. He said we are headed to the promised land (not BYU).Believe him. He's our recruiting junkie, our "voice of the fan" in the weekly game picks, and he's been quoted in newspaper articles about Steele Jantz. If those aren't credentials, I don't know what are!![]()
Really, that was an email?!? What a first post... :swoon:
So, what is taking the SEC so long to offer aTm? Did they find out about the jar thing?

How nice of the purveyors of mason jars. What about the test of the freaking league. Maybe Tam should be the ND Irish since they are full of blarney.Just a slight clarification, but I do believe that aTm has to apply, then the SEC will vote to accept. Latest rumors had said aTm wouldn't apply until their bye week to avoid 'distraction' to their programs...
Tam tried to send it by USPS or pony express, but they had went to interim mail delibvery and the package was lost. However, the SEC mason jar shipment did arrive.Has the SEC even acknowledged receiving an application from TAMU? In the "NU to Big Ten" saga, NU announced it's application to the Big Ten, and the Big Ten acknowledged receiving it. Of course, this one doesn't have to take that path, but it would seem reasonable that it would.
Here's my stupid question that has probably been answered in one of the other ~ 500 pages of this thread ...
If the Big XII blows up and say there are 4 teams left (I-State, K-State, KU, and Baylor) ... do they have a remedy in court? Or would the other 6 members owe their exit fees to the "remaining" four?

I wish I knew. (bumpin to keep at the forefront)
This could be the piece holding the cookie from crumbling. That scenario could lead to an entire years worth of TV revenue split between 4 teams. (I assumed they shored this up last summer)
It defies reason that MU would refuse the BigTen and accept the SEC invitation. That really makes no sense to me. Unless the SEC was guaranteeing a re-worked TV contract under expansion, the numbers we have read indicate that the BigTen money would at least match the SEC number if not exceed it. From a competitive standpoint, MU would be much, much better off in just about any BigTen versus SEC arrangement in my opinion.
Cheers
