Anyone have advice how to go about following developments on Twitter? Yah, I'm new to Twitter.

No one has really mentioned this in a while, but what happens if the SEC votes today and they only get 8 votes (they need 9 of 12) to add aTm in? There has been news that at least 3 schools are not completely for the addition, if just one more gets cold feet about the ramifications then would aTm come back weeping into the Big 12?

I'm assuming this is all done in private and if the unlikely happens(I feel that the SEC is stalling for legal purposes as opposed to actually not wanting A&M), then A&M releases some BS statement about how they have explored all options, blah blah blah, the B12 is their best option out of everything they've explored and they're excited about moving forward as a 10 team conference BS.

Then we can all look forward to doing this again next season! Yeah!

I'll delete posts until it's mine. :jimlad:
Mwah ha ha ha ha!

Cheater! I totally had it.

No chance TAMU comes back to the B12...they've formally left, right?

I find it utterly stunning that that aTm's fans don't understand that they are walking into a horrific Faustian agreement. Oh well...let A&M's dance with the Devil BEGIN!

For Aggie to understand it, you have to put it in terms of immolating semen and assaulting co-eds.

If this was possible to do, what school would pay $100 million to leave the Big 12?

None because not a single school would sign it. JP would be an idiot to sign that. If JP would be an idiot to sign it, no way in hell any other AD would sign off on it.

If they've formally left they've done a ***** job of it. Basically they said they intend on applying to and looking at other conferences. But they'll remain in the B12 until they get accepted to one. So basically they've covered themselves if they don't get accepted, they aren't officially out. It would be akward to say the least, but it is possible I guess.

Thats why I said if this is possible. I don't feel that it is.

Per Chip Brown tweet a few minutes ago:

"Expect the long-awaited announcement of Texas A&M to the SEC on Wednesday. Vote expected to be unanimous by SEC to accept A&M, sources say."

I feel like Chip Brown and many other "reliable source" have tweeted this about 20 times before. Then right before we're supposed to get some sort of announcement some other type of news breaks and we're back to the drawing board.

Next up! Texas considering joining CUSA with Baylor to keep LHN intact!

And I bet some people will still be in denial about A&M going to the SEC.
