Boren's remarks, as well as aTm, make me think those guys in no way want to go through discovery. I guarantee you wouldn't believe what would be found out. At this point, Baylor has absolutely nothing to lose, and could make all sorts of claims of damages. You wouldn't believe how big the numbers could get.
I am thinking we are more than fine now, actually. Seems that all of this could have just been an elaborate bluff, where the dOUchebags and aTmasons tried to somehow thread the needle where the big dogs still got equal revenue at the top, without having to share with the bottom.
